This is a nice, wide, soft, and absorbent paper towel. I got the towel dispenser, so I've made a commitment to it, but I've been pretty satisfied.
Unfortunately, the cardboard shipping box is poor quality. Five out of six times it is on the verge of falling apart upon delivery. I would like to store these rolls in their box until I use them, but the cardboard is so thin and torn and the shipping tape is so weak and loose that the box is unusable.
Also, there is a plastic connector on one side of the roll that attaches to the towel dispenser. The connector is always delivered on the wrong side of the roll. Maybe the dispenser design has changed in the past two years, but making that change created an inconvenience to earlier customers.
